As some of you may know, I work for a dealership. From time to time I come across things that catch me off guard. This vehicle happens to be one of them.
This is a 2006 Subaru Impreza 2.5 WRX STi. It does have 104,000 miles, but still...it's an STi for $11k. What do you think?

Edit: Ignore the wheels in the pic, they have the original Gold wheels on it now.

Not bad.
Buy it and take off the god awful mudflaps.

I like the mudflaps for some reason. I need some.

Has to be something seriously wrong with it. Salvage title and rod knock maybe?

I don't trust WRX/STi/EVO's that are priced too cheap. All of them are driven hard, and they seem to hold their value really well despite that.

It's been modified and it's rolling on Rotas, CP because stupid-high potential for cash black hole in the future.

According to Carfax: Not salvage, but it did have an accident very early on in its life. (But most cars that exist have an accident on their record)

That's my assumption as well :/

The mudflaps are the best part.

2007... have fun with that motor. Mine was a chore, cat failure led to valve drop, I wasn't the only one. SOA made it right after fighting for months.

This x 1000.
I pretty much never trust cars that are already modified, especially when they are Subies or Evos.

This. Don't trust it.

Very nice price, very terrible pictures. And it's a Subaru, so 104k miles is nothing. It doesn't look really modified either.

The modified rule really only applies to engine modifications.

Yeah they say.
Hey i don't really rally my car, but i wanna look like i do!

Mudflaps don't make a rally car... They protect the paint and prevent rocks from flying up on to other cars.

It's a Subaru, the paint comes leaf thin from the factory. Only a clear bra will really protect your paint. They do it for the look, it serves no purpose but that.

Clearly you've never put mudflaps on your car. It's night and day along the doors. Especially if you have wider wheels/tires that have a lower offset.

Mudflaps are a thing. The native scoob-bro population here is wearing them.
i wonder if they are the brim of hats they had laying around.
